How I Lost 4.7KG of Body FAT in 30 Days

In this blog post I will explain you how I lost 4.7kg of body fat that helped me see my abs but...First let me tell you why I decided to lose weight...

One of my dream when I was a teenager is to have a good looking 6 pack abs body but what exactly happened to me may surprise you because I was more into partying, smoking and drinking alcohol.

I spent a lot of time and money on parties and neglected healthy living. Eventually that life style made me a sick person! There was a time I couldn't go for a party because I was that much tired! This is when I contacted my Doctor!

I wanted to know why I am tired all the time.

So I decided to meet my Doctor. My doctor is little different he is very straight forward.

He said if you follow this life style " you will die young" because my body was reaching its limit. He warned me that if I didn’t make some changes that could lead to serious health problems.

That hospital visit is the reason I decided to make a changes because I didn't want to die young instead I have to die after fulfilling my dreams.

And I knew if I don't do something, I may expire very young.

A decision is made that day- Yes I want to fix my health!

So what did I do to fix my health?

  1. Join the Gym: No! I didn’t join any gym because gym is not something I like instead I decided to do a 10-minute home workout challenge for 30 days. Click here to see my current workout routine!

  2. Diet: You can’t get healthy without eating right. So Yes, I stopped eating fast food because I stopped attending parties instead I started cooking meals at home.

  3. No Sugary Drinks: I used to drink colas or some type of sugary beverages but I learned how bad they were so I switched that drink with this drink.

  4. Fasting: Study said one of the best way to restore my energy back is fasting so I followed the 16:8 intermittent fasting method where I fasted 16 hours and eat during an 8-hour window.

  5. Manage Stress: Stress is something I didn't know how to manage but I learned some techniques to manage stress.

  6. Improved Sleep: I changed my sleep habits. Instead of staying out late I started going to bed early around the same time the sun sets.

So these are the six steps that helped me lose 4.7 kg of body fat in just 30 days.

Conclusion

Losing weight have multiple benefits mean time excess body fat have multiple draw backs.

My Doctor when I met him at the first time told me Jobi you're tired because your body is unhealthy. Make it healthy and your tiredness will go away.
